Who we are

MIDEU ("we", "us", "our") is a business advisory firm based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, helping companies expand between Europe and the Middle East. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us when you use our contact form or email us directly, which may include:

Your name and email address
Your region of interest (Europe, Middle East, or both)
Any message content or business details you share with us

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and — if we start working together — to deliver our advisory services.

Legal basis for processing

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the basis of your consent (submitting the contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of our communications, and delete it when it's no longer needed for that purpose.

Sharing your data

Contact form submissions are processed via FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data
Object to or restrict how we process your data
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
